LOAN PROCESSOR:
- Reliant Mortgage is seeking experienced Loan Processors having 2 - 3 years experience processing Conventional, FHA/VA, Jumbo, Subprime and Correspondent loans. Experience using Calyx LOS is a plus. Competitive Salaries are offered.
- The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing the loan application, clarifying or obtaining additional information and confirming verifications. The loan processor will keep information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents. Applicants must possess computer skills, and oral and written communication skills.
LOAN OFFICER:
- Reliant Mortgage is seeking experienced Loan Officers having 1 - 2 years experience in the mortgage industry. Support Staff, Training, and Generous Splits are offered. Reliant Mortgage will consider candidates without experience who have earned their college degree and are willing to apply for their loan officer license.
- Reliant Mortgage represents over 50 wholesale lenders. Conventional, FHA/VA, Jumbo, Sub-prime, and Commercial programs are available. Experience using Calyx LOS is a plus.
- Loan Officers will originate loans primarily through self-generated leads, company provided leads, and industry referrals. A Loan Officer will also be responsible for guiding the loan through the closing process. Applicants must possess computer skills, and oral and written communication skills.
