Treat all clients, their families and advisors with the honesty, respect and dignity they deserve. 

Disclose all pertinent information regarding all their options and costs. 

Provide Good Faith Estimate of costs as close to the actual costs as possible. 

Meet with clients and their families in their home whenever possible. 

Client not obligated to purchase other products or services to obtain a mortgage. 

Work with client’s families, friends, and/or other advisors, as the client desires. 

Maintain security of client’s records and information at all times. 

Employ employees that passed a background check and are honest and ethical. 

Disclose any financial interests a third party may have in the transaction. 

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Report any suspected violations and/or abuse to the appropriate authorities.
